💪🏽 This FREE, 45 minute class is led by Coach Brit.
👣 This class is for all mamas! No matter their age, workout experience or lack thereof, and walk of life.
🧸 Littles are not required to join you to participate. If you do bring your littles, please remember they are welcome in this class while they remain supervised.
🎟️ While the class is free, we ask that you still get a ticket so Coach Brit knows how many moms she'll be coaching.
