Connect with other moms and get your heart rate up while keeping baby close during this beginner friendly stroller workout led by certified FIT4MOM coaches.This indoor class is a great way to move your body, meet other moms, and start your morning in a space where everyone around you gets it. Expect easy to follow exercises that can be modified for all fitness levels, with your little one right by your side in their stroller.
Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout including strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in their strollers. Participants leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter their stage of motherhood.
