Join us for a welcoming, supportive and mom-focused pop-up Mommy & Me Pilates class at Bloom Market and Refillery in Middletown! What to expect:
• Doors open at 9a, class runs from 9:15a to around 10a
• Yoga mat and props are provided
• Postpartum and pregnancy-friendly Pilates workout focused on core strength, posture and stability
• A relaxed, judgment-free environment for all levels of fitness
• Babies, toddlers, and young children welcome, child age is up to the mom's discretion
• Lay your baby nearby on your mat or a blanket, let them roam the baby-proofed space, or wear them in a carrier (all moves are baby-wearing friendly)
• Feel free to bring toys, play mat/blanket, bouncer, whatever you need for your baby
• Come for the class but stay for community. Stick around after to mingle with moms and shop around.
No need for childcare, no pressure for perfection! Come as you are.
