This Mommy & Me class is a welcoming, relaxed gathering for new mothers and their babies (0–12 months ish). It's a space to slow down, connect, and build community with other moms navigating the beautiful, messy, and ever-changing journey of early motherhood.
Each class encourages conversation, shared experiences, and meaningful connection while giving you the freedom to tend to your little one as needed. Most sessions will include a guest speaker or facilitator leading discussions on topics relevant to postpartum, infant development, maternal well-being, and family life.
Whether you're looking for friendship, support, reassurance, or simply a reason to get out of the house, you'll find a community that reminds you that you're not alone—and that motherhood is better together.
