About this Event
Join Family Road Healthy Start for a special Mommy and Daddy Lounge Day created to help parents slow down, feel cared for, and be poured into. This is your time to pause and reset with an afternoon designed just for you.
Expect free self-care services including haircuts, massages, and wellness-focused pampering, along with chef-prepared meals and multiple giveaways. Whether you’re expecting or currently parenting, this event is about giving you space to breathe and feel supported.
Dads, partners, and caregivers are welcome. This is a family-centered space made for both moms and dads to unwind

All expecting families who complete a Healthy Start referral and registration packet will receive free baby items! If you are pregnant, you must join our FREE Healthy Start Prenatal Program. Please complete the referral form.

What is the Family Road Healthy Start Program?
Healthy Start is a free program that can assist you with services and resources before, during, and after a pregnancy.
Benefits and incentives include:
- Pregnancy Support Groups (led by Healthy Start Nurse Practitioner)
- Prenatal and baby care education
- Fatherhood and Partner Support Services
- Community resources and referrals
Free baby incentive items with program participation (Car seat, Pack and Play, Breast feeding items, baby strollers, diapers, wipes and much more!)
How to participate:
To attend the Mommy and Daddy Lounge Day, participants must complete a Healthy Start referral form and registration packet: https://www.jotform.com/242824037611148 . You can call 225- 201-8888 and speak with someone at our front desk for additional information.
Eligibility:
All Participants must live in East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, or Iberville Parish and be less than 20 weeks pregnant.
