Mommy and Me Yoga at the Park

Join yoga instructors, Bria Peyton and Sarah Mozingo for a joyful morning of movement, bonding, and community connection at Cate Street Park.

This gentle, play-based yoga class is designed for mothers and their children (ages 4–18) to breathe, stretch, and grow together. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just looking for a fun way to connect with your child, this class welcomes you exactly as you are.

Open to all women — with a special focus on mothers and children.
