Join me and an amazing community of Mom’s in a Mommy & Me workout class.
My name is Silvia Medrano-Briceno and will be your host. I have been a Fitness Coach specialized in Pregnancy and Postpartum for the last 6 years. During this time I have had the privilege of helping Moms have a healthy pregnancy and feel strong and confident in their new body during their postpartum recovery. As a mom myself, helping women around the world and being able to guide them during this transformational process as well as live it firsthand has been life changing. Welcome to this family friendly space, I hope you enjoy the workout class as much as I enjoyed creating it.
