The Redline Test is a HYROX-style race simulation designed to push you to your absolute limits and give you a true measure of your fitness.
Athletes will start with a 1km run and work through the following stations
- Burpee broad jumps
- SkiErg
- farmer carries,
- RowErg
- Sandbag lunges
- Wall balls
All weighted stations will be performed at competition weight.
Whether you’re preparing for an upcoming HYROX race or simply looking to test your conditioning, this is your opportunity to experience the intensity, strategy, and grit required to perform at a high level.
