Join Our Postpartum Wellness Workshop Series

This baby friendly workshop is designed for new moms (6 weeks–6 months postpartum) but all moms pregnant or in the first year are welcome!
Each session includes: 75-minute hands-on workshop and 45-minute lunch & Q&A for community connection and social support.

Workshop 1: May 1, 2026 Discover how intentional movement can support your physical and emotional recovery in the months after childbirth.
You’ll learn:

• Safe, evidence-based ways to return to movement and resistance training
• Breathing techniques for core and pelvic floor support
• How to build a personalized, gym-free routine
  We’ll also explore stress management and strategies for enhancing postpartum recovery through exercise.

Workshop 2: June 12, 2026 Learn how nutrition can help you recover, restore energy, and lift your mood after childbirth.
You’ll discover:

• Simple, realistic ways to improve diet quality
• Nutrition strategies for postpartum healing and mental wellness
• Recipes to support sustained MOMentum—no complicated plans or pricey supplements needed
