Moment of Thanks Forest Bathing

Spend time reflecting in nature with a special focus on thankfulness. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, forest therapy walks have proven health benefits including stress reduction, lower cortisol levels, reduced blood pressure, and improved immunity.

Registration is required and space is limited.
