Periods, pregnancy, birth control, and all those questions you’ve secretly Googled at 2 a.m. - we’re talking about ALL of it!
Join us for Women’s Health 101, a fun, judgment-free class where we’ll break down how your body actually works. From figuring out your fertile window and tracking your cycle to vaginal health, pregnancy tests, and knowing when something just isn’t normal, we’re covering the things every woman deserves to know.
Expect real talk, a few laughs, interactive games, and answers to questions you might be too embarrassed to ask out loud. (Don’t worry - we’ll have an anonymous question box! )
Come curious, leave confident, and get to know the body you’ve been living in your whole life! 💗

Moms/Expecting Moms only • NO children except NON-MOBILE infants.
Snacks provided and we have door prizes for one or two lucky moms!
**Bring a female friend of childbearing age to receive TWO door prize tickets. (Please register your friend with Chrissy prior to the class.)**
We will begin promptly at 10:30AM. PLEASE BE ON TIME. Arriving a few minutes early is advised.
