Join us Saturday, August 16 from 9 am to 2 pm for our Mom to Mom Sale! Shop clothes, shoes, sports equipment, toys, backpacks and more! Have items to sell? Purchase a booth and be a vendor!
Vendor Information:
Booth size: Three 8’ tables (provided by Venue) arranged in a U-shape, 14’w x 8’ deep. Venue to provide seller with up to 2 chairs available upon request at load-in.
Booth cost: $35 per booth space. Limit 2 booths per person/family. Click Buy Tickets to reserve your booth space. No businesses.
Load-in: All sellers load-in through Marketside and double doors into Great Hall. Two load-in times available: 3pm-5pm Friday, Aug 15 and 7am – 8:45am Saturday, Aug 16.
Terms:
Booth fee must be paid in advance by 5pm, Friday, Aug 15.
Load-in can only occur during posted load-in hours and must be completed by 8:45 am Saturday. Load-out to be completed by 3pm Saturday. Unsold items are the responsibility of the seller and must be removed by the seller by 3pm Saturday.
All items must fit within your allotted booth space.
Acceptable items: Clothing, shoes, toys, books, sporting equipment, backpacks, strollers, etc.
Limitations: No food or beverage items. Items must weigh less than 50 pounds each. Venue reserves the right to determine if other items not listed are not appropriate or safe for sale in a public space, and seller agrees to remove any such items at Venue’s request.
Venue not responsible for broken or stolen items.
