Reflect, Release, Invite: A New Year Gathering🗓 When: Wed, 1/15
• 9 AM-12 PM: Community gathering with childcare available
• 12 PM-??: Potluck lunch and hangout
🌟 Details:
• Free or donation-based participation
• Activities include short yoga movement and guided conversation with Anne a trained therapist helping us release 2024 and welcome 2025 with clarity and intention with maybe a different approach you have tried before.
👧 Childcare: Projects for toddlers to age 6/7. Kids can play downstairs while moms gather upstairs or outside (weather permitting).
💡 Let’s reflect on 2024, release what no longer serves us, and invite empowerment and joy into 2025.
