🧘‍♀️ Gentle Yoga Flow – Led by the ever-radiant Beth James, Founder of the largest yoga festival in Michigan, Barefoot and Free. Expect movement that feels like a hug for your nervous system.

🎻 Live Cello – YES, live strings during your yoga flow. The rich, honey-like tones of the cello wrap around your body and calm your overworked brain like a weighted blanket dipped in rose oil.

🥣 Sound Bath Bliss – Then it’s time to fully let go. Lay back, close your eyes, and let the healing sounds melt you right into the floor while you drift into your softest, most glowy self.

🌸 PLUS a few surprises – Think luxurious touches, wellness goodies and extra moments of care.
