Join us in person for Mom Bod Summer, a fun and energizing pelvic floor focused workout designed just for the mamas (or moms to be)!

We are also honored to have the premium sparkling eletrolyte drink Sauero at the event to provide refreshments!
Babies + kids welcome to come with you! We will be meeting at the Picnic Area 3A which has a playground nearby :)

About Dr. Amelia May: Amelia is the owner of Sonder Pelvic Therapy & Wellness and a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health. Her work centers on more than just alleviating pain for any person with a pelvis—she’s passionate about helping people feel fully supported, validated, and equipped to reclaim the activities they love. Amelia especially enjoys working with exercise enthusiasts, from CrossFit and running, to Pilates and barre, helping you move with confidence through every stage of life.
About Christine Van Anderson: Christine is a certified personal trainer, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and 2x C-section mom who knows firsthand what moms actually need in the postpartum period. As the founder of The Strong Mom Collective: a fitness community in South Denver dedicated to helping moms build strength during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Christine built the space she wished had existed when she became a mom for the first time: a place to get seriously strong in a safe, supportive environment, have a good time doing it, and never have to worry about where to bring the baby.
