Wet basements are the homeowner’s number one problem. This is true of old homes, brand new homes and all the homes in between. This presentation investigates why this is so and what a real estate professional should know to help their client when faced with a wet basement.

This presentation will help the real estate professional understand the difference between a wet basement and a typical basement.
