Let’s make sweet memories together through song, games, & Yoga.
Your registration includes one adult and up to two children ages 5-12.
The class will include:
- Songs & rhymes to support learning the poses like the Sun - Salutation Song & “Om Sweet Om”
- Warrior Affirmations
- Breathwork & kid-friendly meditation
- Exploration of poses through story & games
- Family teamwork & bonding
You're invited to dress to impress in your favorite animal-inspired outfit.
A yoga mat is encouraged and a few will be available to borrow on a first come first served basis.
Please plan arrive 10 minutes early to get comfortable in the space and sign waivers.
$35 per group
KymBreanne is mama and became a certified kids yoga teacher the same year she became a 200 hr certified teacher for adults in 2019. She’s been facilitating healing space utilizing Yogic practices ever since!
