Most parents know how challenging it can be daily to get little ones to sit still, to cope with change and to focus on self-soothing strategies. For most kids, yoga can provide this type of support. Behavior and focus, strength, flexibility, balance, and self-regulation are all improved through yoga, making it an ideal practice for children to learn at an early age. That is why we will be holding a class that the parent can attend so that you too may find that your anxiety is reduced, you're more centered and the BEST part of all...you'll be bonding with your child (physically and spiritually.)Cost $20 for both mom and 1 child
