Motherhood may not come with a manual, but it doesn’t mean you have to go through this exhilarating and overwhelming time alone.Starting April 30th, Wayfinder Wellness + Psychotherapy will be offering a 6-week New Mothers Group for mothers of infants up to 8 months old, held in our beautiful yoga studio off of 36 Main St. in Kennebunk. You and your baby are both welcome.
The group will come together to discuss a range of topics, from identity shifts to parenting tips to finding even fleeting opportunities to practice self-care. The group will also be a space for sharing birth stories (if you so wish) alongside parenting anxieties, hopes, and fears.
Most importantly, the group will provide a space where you can connect with other new parents undergoing a similar life transition.
Sessions are held weekly and cost $20 to attend. We ask that you make a commitment to attend all 6 weeks of the group. (The final session will be held on June 4th.)
