Join us for 2026 Brain Aging Conference, which will provide family caregivers expert guidance, practical tips and resources for caring for people with memory loss.

Hosted by the , attendees will have a chance to hear from medical professionals from the Smith Alzheimer's Center, department leaders at SIU Medicine, as well as other caregivers on a range of topics surrounding memory loss.

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required as space is limited.

This is a virtual viewing site of the Brain Aging Conference in Springfield. While there are several presentations throughout the day to help you better understand dementia, why someone's behavior has changed, and how you can best help them, it's also a chance to ask presenters specific questions as well.

PARKING

Parking is available in the North parking lot facing the entrance door. Please enter through entrance 2.

FOOD

Water, coffee and donuts will be provided in the morning, as well as water and a light snack in the afternoon.
