Experience the transformative power of Indian classical music as four worldclass artists weave centuries of tradition into a mesmerizing live experience. The evening begins with a moving tabla solo tribute to the legendary Ustad Zakir Hussain, performed by one of his closest gurubhais, followed by a double bill of the sacred strings of Indian Classical Music, the sarod and the sitar, by two of world’s foremost masters.
Featuring Pandit Yogesh Samsi (Solo Tabla), Pandit Arnab Chakrabarty (Sarod) & Ustad Sukhvinder Singh Pinky (Tabla) and as the finale, Padma Bhushan Pandit Budhaditya Mukherjee (Sitar), accompanied by maestro Soumen Nandy (Tabla).
