Moja Collective Seven Sisters and Friston Forest Circular 🌳

Join us for a refreshing adventure through nature on the Moja Collective walk!

🕒 Start Time:

• Mini bus from Eastbourne Station departs : 10:15am
• Arrive at hike start point: 10:30am

End Time:

• Mini bus departing from hike start point : 15:00pm
• Arrive at Eastbourne station : 15:15pm

You are responsible for purchasing your own ticket to Eastbourne Station. We are not responsible for providing a refund for your train ticket.

The start point from the station is quite far away and difficult to access via public transport. Therefore, we organised transportation to take us there and back (£12).

If you are meeting us at the hike starting point please contact us before purchasing your ticket.

Please arrive at Eastbourne station by 10am to give us time to board the mini buses. If you arrive later than 10:15am you will need to organise your own transportation to the starting point.

The hike leader conducts risk assessments and furnishes relevant information before the hike, to ensure participant safety and preparedness.

⌛ Duration:

Hike 4hrs 30mins. However, pace may vary, so be prepared for a flexible adventure!

Please bring:

- Packed lunch 🥪

- Snacks 🍏

- Sufficient water for the hike 💧

Dress Code:

- Wear appropriate layers for summer weather ☀️

- Bring a waterproof jacket 🧥

Not Allowed:

- No pets allowed 🚫🐾

🌈 Inclusivity Statement:

This hike is open to everyone who identifies as black or brown, and all ages are welcome (18+)! We have participants aged 20-60 years of age!

📋 Preparation:

A detailed list of necessary hiking equipment and attire will be sent closer to the event date. Please note that Moja Collective advises against wearing trainers. Expect muddy trails for an authentic outdoor experience. A risk assessment will be sent closer to the time.

- Sign up is mandatory

- No plus ones allowed

- One sign-up per person

🚸 Safety First:

- This walk is of moderate level

- Our hiking leader is Outdoor First Aid qualified not hike leader qualifeid

- Participants are responsible for their own safety

- Join at your own risk

Please note that we do not accept attendees under 18 years old. Additionally, we strictly prohibit the consumption of alcohol and drugs before or during the hike. If you are found to be intoxicated, we will ask you not to attend.

Payment:

Full Refund: If you cancel before Saturday 27th July. Eventbrite fee is non-refundable.

After, it will be up to you to find someone who can replace you for the ticket.
