Join Greg Wardell-Johnson and Sue Lefroy for the launch of Moir of the South Coast and Great Southern, a detailed new history and genealogical record of an early Western Australian settler family which is a substantial upgrade of a 1995 book "The Continuing Moir Saga".
The book features extensive photographic coverage and historical detail of the family activities plus Scottish background, DNA analysis, prominent family achievers, maps and genealogical charts.
Related families are Hymus, Wellstead, Harris, Garrity, McKenzie, Mooney, Iffla, Baesjou, Wardell-Johnson, Pearson, Checker and the family of Womber and Lily (Tjorlian) Williams. Book size is 235mmx165mm (A5+) and 548 pages.
The author will speak briefly about the evolution and concept of the book and field questions about the family, the process of book production or any related matter of interest.
