This is the 2-hour orientation and step one of the certification process. Please be sure to register for the 6-hour workshop as well.

About: In this workshop you will learn if you are eligible for MOHCD Homeownership program and decide if you want to move forward with the remaining homebuyer education. The orientation provides an overview of affordable city programs, including eligibility requirements and the application process.

*Please be ON TIME. If you arrive more than 20 minutes after the start time of the workshop we will not be able to give you credit for attending.
