About this Event
In commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the birth of American Punk Rock, the American Library offers Mowhawks, Milestones and Music City. This immersive experience celebrates the legacy of punk with a photography exhibit by New York to Norwich photographer Ali Smith, and a fashion show by London to Norwich designer Carmen Hyde Johnson. To round out this event, Guy Martin of Reel Connections will play music on traditional vinyl to accompany the visual splendor with aural accompanyment. The evening will conclude with the Amy Rigby GIRL TO COUNTRY Book Launch wherein Rigby will read from her memoir and perform selections of her original music.
