MOGA Mini Retreat 2026: March Session

MOGA: A half day retreat of hiking, yoga, tea & connection inthe mountains.

Hike the moderate trails via Lory State Park and then flow in a 30 minute mountaintop restorative yoga style class. A note on the weather, it may be mud or ice or dirt pending CO weather conditions. Bring your hiking boots, traction grips if desired, yoga mat, water, and lots of layers! You also may bring a personal propane heater and trekking poles if desired with colder weather forecasts. Hand sanitizer and hot herbal tea are provided!

Location: Lory State Park in Fort Collins CO. Meet at the Arthur's Rock main parking lot or contact me for details. Location may be altered due to extreme weather conditions. A day pass may be purchased at the Visitors Center self service booth or a CO State Parks Pass is applicable.

Tickets: $80 donation based ticket, give what feels right for you. Give more if you are able to make this event accessible for all members of our community. Or give less if that's a financial barrier to attending.

Other details: please complete the waiver that will arrive via a link in your ticket confirmation email. This allows me to guide the retreat safely and have an emergency contact for each person just in case.
