It's Spring! We are in the thick of it with flowers blooming, the bees buzzing, and the sun creeping in and out. This transitional season creates a constant shift in perspective. Let's settle into a meditation that allows for a supple psyche - a mindstate that adapts and flows with weather and moods, with ups and downs. We will use sound to stretch out the consciousness and move it into deeper states of awareness. Please join us for this Springtime meditation!

PLEASE BRING

Bring blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a journal if you would like to participate in the journaling part of the event.

The floor of the dojo is padded and there are no props. There is heat and a/c.

What is the address?

1714 Hillhurst Avenue, 90027. Zenki is a 2-story white building on the East side of the street. There is a Zenki-Kids location on Hillhurst. It is at a different address.

How do I get in?

There is a gate in front of the dojo. You can enter the pedestrian door to the right of the large gate by ringing the doorbell.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Street Parking is available. Meters are free on Sundays.

What can I bring into the event?

Whatever makes you comfortable! Pillows and blankets are encouraged. Special trinkets or stones are welcome. A journal is helpful.
