During this weeklong workshop, you will learn how to construct your model sailboat in a friendly, stress-free, and fun environment. Our expert boat builders will guide you each step of the way. No experience with woodworking tools is necessary. Students ages 10-14 are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
The model kit for the 2026 workshop is the Soling 1 Meter Yacht. The Back Bay Skippers will supply all the parts you need including the sails. The optional radio kit can be purchased when registering for the workshop. Please note that paint is not included builders can add their own unique, creative design elements by choosing a personal color-scheme and providing paints.
