Course 1: Parsnip Velouté Brown butter roasted parsnip, compressed apple, candied pecans, and herb oil.
Course 2: Grilled Shrimp Shaved fennel salad with blood orange segments, blood orange cream, and trout roe.
Course 3: Roasted Lamb Rack Braised leeks, glazed baby carrots, pommes dauphine, and rich pan jus.
Course 4: Chocolate Crème Brûlée Finished with pistachio dust and candied orange.
