MOBL | Continuum is the third MOBL pop-up — a midday reset designed for NYC’s wellness and creative community.

The experience begins with MOBL Hot: a heated 45-minute class blending mobility, fascia, and breath, bringing both intensity and recovery into a single practice. Whether this is your first introduction to MOBL or a deeper step in your mobility journey, Continuum speaks to recovery as an ongoing discipline — a foundation that builds capacity over time.

After class, guests gather in the Wellness Social Lounge with high-touch gifting, beverages, and partner activations — extending the practice into connection and community.

Tickets are limited. Early access release is capped at 10 spots only before the waitlist opens.
