Next month, we're going to Tri Fit Physical Therapy and Performance for some mobility training. Our host is Mitch Hanks a COLA Tri Club member, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS and Ironman.Mobility training is a critical component of the foundation phase for triathletes because it builds the movement quality needed for efficient, injury‑resistant performance across all three disciplines.
