Mobility Flow (Yoga Workshop) with Vanessa at Perth Vegan Expo 2025. Vanessa has been an ethical vegan and certified yoga teacher since 2015. As a yoga practitioner for almost 20 years her path through yoga was actually the one that fired up her vegan values. 'Ahimsa' principle of 'no harm, no violence' became her mantra as a yoga teacher. She has been teaching weekly yoga classes since 2017. Later on, she became a raw vegan chef and instructor and worked full time as such for 3 years in (Sayuri Healing Food Academy IG @sayuri_healing_food), Ubud Bali. In previous PVE we've had her running cooking demos, but this time we'll have her again however, not with an apron but on the yoga mat for her wonderful Moblity Flow yoga class.
In this class (on both Saturday and Sunday), you will explore how maintaining mobility is crucial to lengthen our independency and maintain a good quality of life as we age. This class focuses on improving range of motion and promoting joint health, as well as building strength, awareness, and harmony in both body and mind. An excellent class for releasing tensions and relieving stiffness. What a great way to start the Expo!
Some mats will be provided but recommended to BYO to avoid missing out.
