It is a unique practice focused on systematically opening the body, enhancing your ability to move with ease, and creating more internal space.You will leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more profoundly connected to your body’s potential. This class is perfect for athletes, dancers, and anyone looking to significantly improve their overall quality of movement and physical comfort.
About Efren
A health-fitness educator and mentor with over 15 years of experience leading group exercise classes, including aerobics, stretching, strength training, Zumba, and dance workouts. AFAA, NASM, and trained as a Myofascial Release and Precision NMT—TMJ Myofascial Practitioner.
Today, I integrate a holistic approach to movement, blending the principles of mind-body connection.
What to bring: yoga mat, towel and yoga block as well or anything you need to support your practice. We usually do class barefoot.
