Join us for an exciting collaboration with Ana Run Coaching and Ekstasis Strength & Conditioning! This special event is designed to help runners improve mobility, enhance performance, and gain insights into strength training for endurance athletes.
What to Expect:
ποΈββοΈ Mobility & Dynamic Drills: Ana Run Coaching and Ekstasis Strength & Conditioning will guide us through foam rolling techniques and movement drills to prep for our run.
π 5K Run: Weβll hit the road or trail for a fun and energizing 5K run. All paces are welcome!

π¬ Q&A Session: Get expert advice on strength training and gym programming to complement your running routine.
