Community Health Alliance, in partnership with LIBERTY Dental Plan, is hosting its Mobile Dental Program to provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients between the ages of 0-20.Pediatric dental services include oral exams and x-rays, dental cleanings and topical fluoride treatment, dental sealants and fillings, oral hygiene instruction, and nutritional counseling to prevent or aid in dental disease.
This dental clinic is located outside of Community Health Alliance’s Nell J. Redfield Health Center on Sun Valley from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The address is 5055 Sun Valley Blvd Ste 100, Sun Valley, NV 89433.
