Stop by for Mobile Mammograms on Tuesday, August 19th from 5-8 pm at To the Hoop Bar & Grill, 7912 State Ave, Kansas City, KS 66112. Diagnostic Imaging Centers’ mobile 3D mammography coach will be stationed next to the bar & grill. Items to Bring for Mobile Mammograms:
1) Photo I.D.
2) Insurance Card (if you have insurance)
OR
If you do not have insurance, meet all of the following to qualify for a free mammogram through the Kansas Early Detection Works Program: live in Kansas, are between the ages of 40 to 64, and meet income eligibility for the program. 3) Name of Your Primary Care Provider.
