Unearth a story millions of years in the making! The Idaho Museum of Natural History’s Mobile Museum brings dinosaurs right to you with a walk-through exhibit kids can explore at their own pace. Discover “Dinosaurs from the Mountains,” featuring the incredible creatures that roamed Idaho 100 million years ago, and come face-to-face with a full-size replica of Idaho’s official state dinosaur, Oryctodromeus—ready to share its prehistoric story. Inside the Mobile Museum visitors will find an Idaho dinosaur skeleton, Idaho dinosaur nests, skulls, and hands-on activities related to Idaho’s dinosaur record!
In addition to the mobile museum we will have lots of fun Jurassic-themed hands-on activities for all ages.
