Free Health Services --- Servicios de Salud GratuitosThe Community Care Connection (Coach) from Rosalind Franklin University Health Clinics will be here to offer free heart health screenings from 10 am to 1 pm
Screenings include:
• Blood pressure
• Blood sugar/diabetes
• Cholesterol
• BMI (body mass index).
COVID vaccinations will also be offered when available. They will take the last patient 15 minutes before the close, if space is still available.
