If you are looking for a great afternoon out with the family that directly supports our local community, we would love to see you there.
We are coming together in the heart of Maroubra at the South Maroubra Surf Club on Saturday, 1 August from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This fundraiser is all about raising vital funds for the Maroubra Neighbourhood Children’s Centre - every single dollar raised from this event goes directly back into the centre to help support our kids.
This afternoon is designed to be completely family-friendly and open to absolutely everyone. Whether you have children at the centre, live in the surrounding suburbs, or just want to support a great local cause, you are welcome here. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet your neighbours, make new friends, and strengthen our local connections.
What we have planned
We have put together an exciting afternoon with plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained:
Kids disco: A dedicated space for the little ones to dance and burn off some energy.
Kids activities: Plenty of fun to keep them busy, including face painting, arts and crafts, and games.
Silent auction: Your chance to bid on some fantastic prizes generously donated by local businesses in the community, including Lets Go Surfing, Des Renford Leisure Centre, Ocean Extreme, PipStent Jewellery, Sweat & Tonic.
Come down, enjoy the afternoon by the beach, and help us make a real difference for the children in our neighbourhood.
