4:45 pm: BYP Sign Ups close
5:00 pm: First matches called
7:30 pm: Poker Style Monster DYP Sign Ups start (no conflict with byp described below)
8:00: Monster DYP first qualifier start
10:00-10:15: last QR round called

$15 entry for BYP
$10 for beginners
$10 entry for the DYP; $5 for beginners
$5 table fee for 1 event $7 for two
BYP will be modified championship format (elimination bracket determines 2nd place).
Poker Style Side pot for the Monster draw (see below)
Restricted entry to DYP: You may only enter the DYP once you're out of the BYP. You may enter the DYP qualifiers in the later rounds. There's little harm if you miss the first round or two of the qualifiers (other than weakening your poker hand).
A minimum of 3 QR's makes you eligible for the playoffs. (Reduced entry if you only play the QR's but not the playoffs). Last chance to enter the DYP will likely be 9 pm to guarantee you sufficient QR's for the playoffs.
Tables will be set to unlimited play from 4:15 PM to midnight (or later if still used in matches).
Beginner Friendly BYP
Qualifiers will use a 1 point spot and make-it-take-it handicap for teams with a beginner player (TD discretion on this handicap)
We will use the Appleton point spot handicapping system in the bring to keep the games fun and competitive. (Details available at the event)

Side pot: $5. 100% payback
Monster Format: Race to 8 with random partners. Players dealt one card for each win.
Rounds end at 10pm. Poker begins!
3 communal cards (flop) will be drawn.
Players use cards from their own hand to make the best poker hand possible. (5 card stud)

Two Pair
Pair

*Special Note: Depending on turnout we may need a second deck of cards. We will only use a second deck once the first deck is completely dealt. In the rare chance of a tie, pot will be split.
