The MMG Foundation Presents 'Fusion Food Fest 2025'.This is a celebration of the culinary creativity and cultural connection between West Africa, the Caribbean and the Americas. The festival seeks to highlight our shared heritage through food, music, and storytelling showcasing cuisines that are similar yet different across our regions.
The Fusion Food Fest will be held on Saturday, 20th December 2025, at the Gold Coast Restaurant and Cocktail Bar, Accra. The event will welcome approximately 300–500 attendees, including culinary professionals, entrepreneurs, embassy representatives, and members of the public.
We will have distinguished culinary judges during the festival’s tasting competition. This segment provides a vibrant space for authentic cross-cultural appreciation and exchange among chefs, food enthusiasts, and guests.
'The Fusion Food Fest' is part of MMG Foundation’s ongoing Fundraising campaign to finance our African youth vocational training programs in Domestic Electrical Wiring, CCTV installation and Maintenance and Solar Systems installation and Maintenance. while also promoting cultural exchange through the power of gastronomy.
The Fusion Food Fest will feature:
* Traditional Ghanaian, Caribbean and African American Cuisine.
* Tasting Competition.
* Live Performance from The Legendary Gyedu-Blay Ambolley.
* Live Performance from Osagyefo 'The Simple Entertainer'
* Music From DJ Girma Melekot & Harry J on the Mic.
* DJ Baros & DD on the mic.
