Known for his calm, structured coaching style (and occasional dry wit), he believes fancy techniques mean nothing without rock-solid fundamentals. Jason builds fighters from the ground up - focusing on clean technique, smart strategy, and the kind of conditioning that makes you rethink your life choices mid-round.�
When he’s not running classes or keeping MMA governance in line, you’ll find him reminding athletes that “patience is a technique too.”
