The MLK Freedom Scholarship Fundraiser will feature student performances and a silent auction to raise funds for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Freedom Scholarship, which assists students who are often from underprivileged backgrounds in their pursuit of higher education.This event is hosted by the Center for Multiculturalism and Inclusivity at the University of Central Missouri, whose overarching mission is to foster diversity, promote inclusivity, and create a supportive environment for students from all backgrounds,
Students who receive scholarship funds raised through this event will be acknowledged at the Freedom Scholarship Banquet on January 21, 2025.
