MLK Day Art Camp for Kids Focusing on Peaceful Projects & Service Projects

9am - 5pm. Join us at The Art House! Reggio Emilia inspired, hands-on, processed based, open ended explorations through play AND small group size. Option to choose just the afternoon from 1-5pm.

Our group is intended for kids aged 6-12 but we can talk about other ages/siblings/friends etc.

We'll meet in a naturally lit, professional artist's studio space in Downtown Austin (with free parking) and a coffee shop across the street. We'll work in the art studio, talk walks outside to observe nature, eat snacks (provided by Allison) and lunch (provided by families), read books, make connections with one another, listen to chill music, and practice peaceful relaxing Social Emotional (SEL) breathing exercises.

Kids will be making a set of cards to share with others to inspire letter writing and gifting to friends/family.

$150/day/kid via Eventbrite - $125 via Zelle payment- YOU MUST CONTACT ME FIRST TO PAY AND RESERVE VIA ZELLE. 1-5pm for $75. Scholarships available, please inquire.
