MLK Community Conversation

Hear from local speakers on the continued importance of Martin Luther King Jr's message in our local community, and immediately following, come together with neighbors to discuss a variety of topics to strengthen our understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion. Refreshments will be served.

This year's Community Conversations are loosely modeled after the community gathering programs at the Akron Community Foundation and the Cleveland Foundation.

The goal of these events are not merely to spark conversation, but to move the city forward with tangible responses to the concerns of its residents, whether these responses originate with city officials or neighbors simply helping neighbors.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a canned item or monetary donation to support Bulldog Bags, Inc.
