MLK '27 Anza Borrego

It's been 2 years since we've been out to Anza Borrego. What a great time of year to return!
1/16- Day 1- Meetup will be 630am at the Circle K off of mcdowell rd off of the I10 and pebble creek pkwy exit. From there, we'll head out to Superstition mountain ohv area. Superstition mountain was an island in an ancient lake hundreds of years ago. Travel time is about 4 hours/ 244 miles. We'll head up and over superstition mountain, and then camp before Fish Creek Canyon
1/17 Day 2-
We'll head from camp down to the Salton sea to the Auxiliary naval base and check out the area, heading up the coast line. We'll head to the east side of the Salton sea and stop at the old resort town of Bombay beach. We'll camp near the Stage coach oasis or near carrizo campground near picacho mine.
1/18 Day 3- We'll head north through the Eagle Mountain rr bridge, through red canyon jeep trail back to the I10 and make our way back to phoenix.
