MKT Presents: A Dry January Non Alcoholic Beer Dinner Experience

Join us at MKT for a four course non alcoholic beer dinner showcasing the craft and creativity of two of Alberta’s most respected breweries Sea Change Brewing Co and Toolshed Brewing Company.

Our Executive Chef David Hind has curated a dining experience that pairs thoughtfully prepared seasonal dishes with expertly crafted non alcoholic beers, proving that bold flavour and complexity do not require alcohol. Each course has been designed to complement and elevate its pairing, creating a balanced and memorable tasting journey.

The evening begins with a roasted butternut squash soup paired with Sea Change Straight Edge Pale Ale, followed by crispy mini shrimp po’boys alongside the refreshing NA Death Wave Lager. For the main course, enjoy house smoked bacon wrapped pork tenderloin with creamy polenta and charred broccolini, perfectly matched with Toolshed NA Red Rage Red Beer. The experience concludes with a decadent sticky toffee pudding served with warm toffee sauce, vanilla ice cream, and Skor pieces, paired with Toolshed Zero People Skills Lager.
