A behind-the-scenes look at how the program was created, the artists who shaped it, and the community vision and leadership that made it possible.
Vinyl LP Launch - MAEP- No Way I’ll Come Down- Generation 1
Featuring original music from the Generation 1 artists, this debut vinyl release marks an important milestone in Mi’kmaq music, mentorship, and cultural expression.
Throughout the evening, we will take a moment to acknowledge the contributions of those whose support and guidance made the program possible, especially, Councillor Carol Ann Potter. Her passion for helping Mi’kmaq artists establish and further their careers is key to the program’s development and success.
