Join us for an exciting MixxedFit® fundraiser as we celebrate National CROWN Day with movement, music, and community impact!
What is MixxedFit®?
MixxedFit® is a People-Inspired Fitness Program that combines explosive dance moves with bodyweight toning exercises. Our classes are for everyone, regardless of fitness level or background. Here’s what makes MixxedFit® unique:
Easy-to-Follow Moves: Repetitive dance routines make it simple and fun to stay active.
All Genres of Music: Celebrate diversity with an eclectic mix of energizing beats.
Toning with a Twist: Dance and tone simultaneously with moves designed to strengthen and sculpt.
Explosive Energy: Every move is bold, dynamic, and performed to the best of our ability, creating an unforgettable workout experience.

Date & Time: Saturday, July 5th, 2025, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Vendor Setup: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Location: Southeast Community Center
Admission: Free with an ethnic hair product donation OR with a valid Parks and Rec Membership.
What to Expect:
2-Hour MixxedFit Class: Led by National Master Trainer Teela Maxwell and Other Local MixxedFit Instructors , this high-energy dance fitness session will get you moving and grooving.
Intermission Raffles: Win exciting prizes.
Vendor Showcase: Explore unique products and services (digital payment only).
Donation Drive: Support Hope City and Rosebrooks by donating ethnic hair care products like oils, conditioners, brushes, and more.
Interactive Elements: Capture memories with our 360 Photo Booth and enjoy empowering music from our live DJ.
