Join us at Alibi for the next installment of our interactive cocktail workshop series featuring the modern classic: the Espresso Martini.

This hands-on guided experience explores the technique, flavor balance, and presentation behind one of today’s most popular cocktails. Guests will learn the fundamentals of cocktail building while experimenting with espresso, spirits, liqueurs, texture, garnish, and balance.

Throughout the evening, guests will:
• Learn proper shaking and cocktail-building techniques
• Explore coffee profiles, flavor pairings, and spirit selection
• Discover the elements behind the perfect crema and texture
• Use professional bar tools alongside the Alibi bar team
• Create their own personalized Espresso Martini based on their preferred flavor profile

• Class is capped with a round of cocktail trivia while you sip your personally crafted cocktail

• Swag to take home

Each ticket also includes an individual charcuterie selection to enjoy during the class.
